resources for everyone to share

In Project Enterprise 2003 Server, what is the best way to create the
resources that everyone will share? Please don't assume I'll know anything.
Please be specific.

Then, what is the best way to assign resources to tasks?

Hello Sheri,
With Project Enterprise 2003 Server, every project can share the resources
in the Resource Pool.
To create the Ressource pool:
Tools / Enterprise Options / Open enterprise Resource Pool
or
Tools / Enterprise Options / Import Resources in Enterprise...

Then, to assign resource to a project :
Tools / Create a team from the Enterpise

Then, to assign a ressource to a task:
Click the Assign Resource buton in the tool bar.
- You can specify a %
- You can specify a work to be done (display the Work column for that)
