Resources like meeting rooms and equipment

Hi!

I'm using outlook to book meetingrooms in a calendar. But
would like to have resources added to a calendar item...

When a person is making his/her appointment in the
meetingroom caledar, they may also book a video-projector
or other technical equipment in the same appointment to
use in the same meeting.

is ther any way of solving this in outlook? I'm using the
Exchange Server V5.5.

The meetingrooms and the qeuipment should also have their
own public calendars so all users can read them to see
when the equipment is free...

You will need to create a mailbox for the resources (projector etc), that
way they each will have their own calendar.
