Resources not assigned to any projects

In Project Server/PWA, how do I see the list of resources that are not
assigned to any projects?

Thanks.

Use the resource avaiability feature, select the resources you want to
see and change the drop down view to work if its a flat line then they
have no assignments. You could also set up an OLAP view to filter on
all resources with no work.

Thanks for your response.

Option 1 (using resource availability) is not easy because we have few
hundred resources and Project Server cannot select more than 30 resources at
a time. Even if we select 30, the flat lines overlap and it is difficult to
see all at a glance. It would be better if the resource names (with no
projects assigned) are listed instead of being displayed in a graph.

Option 2 (using OLAP filter) seems to be better. I tried dragging 'Work' in
the pivot filter area but it does not work (No pun intended). Could you
please provide more details on doing this way?

Thanks,

Drag Work to the Details area. Drag Time to the Filter area. Drag Resources
to the Row (Category) area. You will be able to filter the Resources field
for the Bottom 1% or 2%. Select Ascending sort order, and all the resources
with zero work will be listed first.

Thanks for your response. It still does not display the resources that are
not assigned to any projects. Only if we enable 'Display empty rows', these
resources show up, but then it shows all resources including those that are
supposed to be filtered.

Thanks,
