Resources Not Displayed in the Resource Center

Hello,
I have administrator access and I entered resources into
the Enterprise Resource Pool (Tools - Enterprise Options -
Open Enterprise Resource Pool).

When I open the Resources Center in PWA, and click on
View enterprise resources in Resource Center in the left
menu (Resources Summary View), I get the message "You
either do not have permissions to see any resources in
this view or there are currently no resources in the
Project Server database. Contact your server
administrator."

It cannot be an access issue as I have the admin rights.
Can anyone please help me understand why resources are
not being displayed in this view?

Thanks for your help.

Ven:

Two possibilities:

1) You've implemented the RBS and your account isn't at the top of the
pyramid
2) Something is wrong with publishing on your server

Can you see them in the resource pool using Project Pro?
Can you view them on the web using the built-in Administrator Account?
Do you have errors in the application event log on the server?

Make sure that in your Administrator Security Template
you have permissions to view users and groups checked.
