Resources not showing trying to build a team

I currently have 236 resources of a total of 1276
resources that are not showing up when trying to "Build
Team from Enterise resource pool" in Project 2002
Professional. If I go into Web Access and click on Admin-
Manage Users and groups, these resources are active. Also
if I go into the Resource Center these same 236 users
appear.

One way I have been able to get these resources to appear
in the "Build Team from Enterise resource pool" is to go
into Web Access and click on Admin-Manage Users and
groups, highlight the user, select Mofify user and without
changing anything click on save. Now the user shows up.
Any help would be appreciated.

With the news server issues lately, it's not surprising. It sounds like
publishing wasn't working when you first created these resources. I know of
no way to force a republish of resources other than what you've been doing.
