Hi I am new to project central. I want to create a consolidated project and
assign different users to different activities in a project. I want that
when
user logs on and open this project file he can only see and update his part
of the activities only.
plz help me if it is possible in MS project 2007 central

Yes, this is how Project Server 2007 works. But team members do not use
Microsoft Project 2007 to view and update their tasks. Instead, they
navigate to the My Tasks page in Project Web Access and enter their updates
there, and submit them to the project manager for approval. Since you are
very new to Project Server 2007, I would recommend that you consider
