Resources to Assist in Learning Business Contact Mngr

I figured that it would be best to check with the gurus on Business Contact
Manager on this one.
1) My boss just asked me to get together some information and figure out how
to get our Sales Staff of 4 up and going with Business Contact Manager ASAP.
2) We use Outlook 2003. We may be switching to Outlook 2007 in the near
future. All the users are very good with Outlook but have never used BCM.
3) Could anyone recommend any good online training?
4) Also, I found some training demos on Microsoft's site for 2007. Is 2003
basically the same concerning BCM?
5) Also we are open to any thing that would speed up the process.
Thanks in advance for any assistance with this request.
It is appreciated !

I believe the 10 online videos are the most popular training:

There are a couple books. The Dummies one is the more popular.

BCM 2007 is better (smoother, more features) that the 2003 version.

If you intend to share a database, all the machines connecting to that
database must have the same version of BCM.

Note that some PC are not powerful enough to run Outlook--users get
frustrated waiting for it to respond--and BCM also requires a certain
amount of resources. You may want to experiment on your slowest PC
before commiting to upgrade them all to Office 2007.
