Resource's work did not show in Resource Portfolio Analyzer

Dear Sirs

I need help.
We are using MS Project 2003 EPM with PWA.
I created one project and enter resource assignment info and then published
the project. I can see resources' workload in Resource usage view.

But I don't know why the resources workload data of this project did not
show in Resource Portfolio Analyzer view. (The work load from other projects
is showed.)

(In the past I found this same problem; and I only have to wait 1 day due to
the OLAP cube update at 0:00 every night.)

But this time I have no idea what I did wrong.
If any one can help or pleasse suggest what I did wrong, please help.

1st I would check to see when the last time the OLAP cube has built
successfully and make sure that this date is past the date in which you
published the new resource data.

Dear Jonathan

Thank you for your kind suggestion.
I have checked that the last OLAP cube has built successfully after I
published.
So this is not the case.

FYI,
Yesterday, I was in panic and I asked my colleagues to publish the project
and ask him to be tempolary PM and then I return back to be PM and published
again.
This morning it worked already. All the data is in Portfolio analyzer now.
I don't know why. But now it ok.
