where can i find resource for how to extend visio?
i need to add new stencil with my shapes that will have code behind it.

Check John Marshall's site (www.mvps.org/visio), he has pointers to
documentation. Graham Wideman's book is excellent for really indepth, David
Edson's is excellent (with examples) on getting started with shapesheets and
automation, and of course you can always access the DVS documentation on MS.
