Hello! I have a resources sheet that lists projects 3-4 times under each
resource. I checked the gantt chart and the project is only listed 1 time.
How do I correct this?

Hi Trish,

Which version of Project are you using? Are you using a server? If so, try
posting on the server newsgroup. Please see FAQ Item: 24. Project
Newsgroups. FAQs, companion products and other useful Project information

Have you opened the project from different points on a network share?
If so this can cause resources to be allocated multiple times to the
same project with a resource pool.

To correct it, delete the duplicates and make sure that you only open
files from the same point on the network (if this is the cause).
