Resourse Management and Task Scheduling

MS Project 2007. Hi, I would like project to send out automatically,
scheduling updates to the contractors I use in my construction business. Is
there anyway of doing this?

Also is there a way of forcing a task to automatically finish on a
particluar day?

Example if we were pouring concrete, I would want that task to finsh on the
day it was started.

Or can I force a task to be automatically started the following work day
after the completion of all predessor tasks the that effect that task.

Example: All the tasks required to pour the concrete are completed, then the
concrete task is automatically scheduled for the next work day.

If you are using Project Server, you will have to declare the contractors as
resources in your project, and set Alerts and Reminders for these remote
resources.
Also is there a way of forcing a task to automatically finish on a
particluar day? Yes,

Example if we were pouring concrete, I would want that task to finsh on

You will have to add a dummy predecessor to the "Pour concrete" task and
assign a specific calendar to that dummy task.
Example: All the tasks required to pour the concrete are completed, then
the
concrete task is automatically scheduled for the next work day.
