Response from Web Service "Submit" Call

I have a rule defined for a button on my form which "Submits" my form to a
web service when the button is clicked. The web service returns a response
code indicating the success or failure of the submission. Is it possible for
me to access this response code after the Web Service is called?

The submit processing is working correctly but I want to be able to verify
the response code.
