Response time to forum postings

I've used the MS forums twice now with good results. Responses to my posts
were usually within a day or two. I posted a question to this forum on 10/23
and got a response on 10/26. I responded to the response on 10/27 and have
been waiting since the 27th for further information -- is this typical? My
issue is not life threatening, but I was hoping for response times on the
order of a day or two, not a week or two.

Looking back at your original post it might be better asking in a Word
specific newsgroup.
However, maybe it was considered that you were reporting the problem
and the fact that it was only the first document that caused a problem
could be easily circumvented. i.e. have a dummy document as the first
item, just resize it or similar so it doesn't appear, or cover it up
with an empty block. Then just use the following Visio documents as
normal as they seem to behave normally.
