Responses to meeting requests

I have a client who is using Outlook 2002. When he sends
a meeting request, the responses (accept, decline,
tentative) are sent to his deleted items folder instead
of his inbox.

Has anyone else encountered this?

Tools>Options>Email Options>Tracking Options, make sure "After processing,
move receipts to" is unchecked, the default is the deleted items folder.

If that isn't the problem, check all of the users rules. Sometimes a rogue
rule can cause mysterious problems like this.

Hope that helps,

Thanks for the info, but the "move receipts to" option is
already unchecked and he does not use any rules.

Any other ideas?
