Ressouces are not availible

We synchronize the ressouce pool with the AD.
Now we have the strage behaviour that all Ressources are the the Database.
But when I open the Ressource pool I do not see all of them. If I try to
delete these ressources in the Admin PWA area I get the error that i do not
have the right to delete that ressource.
If I try to add the ressource with the Project Pro Client I receive the
error that a ressouce with the same name already exists.

What can I do to use all ressources and does anybody know why this happend?
