Ressource center views and RBS

I´ve an organisation structured RBS code like this sample:

1.1 Ressource manager
1.1.1 Ressource A
1.1.2 Ressource B
..
..
In the ressource center the "ressource summary"-view the optional RBS-filter
(the last in this page) is activated. I need this setting for other reasons.

The effect of this settings is that the ressource manager can see all his
ressource, but NOT himself. In the category "my ressources" the flag is
activated to see himself.

Is this reaction of the system correct that the ressource manager can´t see
himself?
Are there any bypassing solutions to solve this problem?
