Ressource Levelling

Hi,
Does anybody know how to level resource in folowing configuration:
Task 1, work = 12d resource 1 at 60%
Task 2, work = 12d resource 1 at 60%
(Resource 1 unit = 100%, 5 days per week)

MSP Levels Task 2 starting at the enf of Task1 - it is wrong-
Ressource 1 as availibilty ( 2d per week) for task 2 - Task 2 should start
in // of task 1
Right leveling should be 3days for task1 and 2 days for task2 in 4 weeks and
for days in last week for task2.
It seems to be a weakness of MSP is it true ?

Unfortunately there are several solutions to this problem. Give Task 2 to
someone else. Set units for both assignments to 50%, Do Task 1 at 100% until
complete then do Task 2 at 100% until finished or..... Computers have an IQ
of zero so unless we provide enough information, they cannot calculate the
"best" answer. Project by default never edits units, so its only solution is
for Task 2 to follow Task 1. If you edited each task and resource and
assignment so Project could calculate the answer you think is best for your
tasks, resources and assignments, you would find it much quicker to level
manually!! At most I use Project to level only non-critical tasks, all
others I set to priority 1000 so Project won't touch them.
