Restore 1 Project - Project Server

In preparing our Project Server Administration I am backing up our SQL DB,
and can restore as necessary. But I know this situation is going to happen.
How do I restore just 1 project that gets deleted, without restoring the
whole DB from the last backup?

Also is there a document that describes the SQL table layout/dictionary for
Project Server?
