Restore Access window after hyperlink

I made a form which contains some hyperlinks. When I open
hyperlink (Word doc), the Access window is minimized, and
when I close the Word, I see a desktop. When I set modal
and PopUp properties? it helps, but I can't open filter
ByForm and I can't see Report. How can I solve my problem?
