Restore an individual Project file

Using MSP2003Ent, Is there a way to restore a corrupt project file? I don’t
want to have to restore the whole instance just one corrupted file.
Databases are kept on SQL server and backups are stored on a network drive.

There is a Restore Single Project tool that is included in the Project
Server 2003 Developer Tool Kit. I just tried to find the link for you
and I couldn't and I need to leave for a meeting, but it should be
available on Microsoft's site. I think it is available as a stand
alone item as well as bundled with PS Cleaner, Smoke Test, etc.

Hope this helps (a little at least)
