restore calendar and contacts after crash

I'm using Windows XP Home. My computer crashed. I had it restored, along with
Outlook and all of my saved emails. But the Calendar and Contacts were empty.
Is there a way to restore them so I don't have to start over?

With Outlook, you can't restore the mail without restoring everything else
as well, since it's all kept in the same file. See if this helps:
