Thanks for the article, but the folder was copied from the hard drive to the server and then Windows XP was loaded along with Office 2003. Then, all the folders that were originally on the hard drive and moved out to the server were then copied back to the hard drive. All the files in the folder are corrupt even the Adobe PDF files. I thought that XP had something built into it to recover corrupt files. Any ideas? Thank
