I am on a network and can't find normal.dotm to delete it. where do i find it.

What does the network have to do with it?

In the Windows Explorer / My Computer / Computer program (different names for
the same thing in different versions of Windows), type in the address bar

%appdata%\Microsoft\Templates

and press Enter. The normal.dotm template should be there.
