Restore down feature

A user has Outlook XP and the "Restore Down" feature does not work when he
clicks the feature in Outlook. Has anyone seen this before?

Does the Middle button in the upper right corner change when you click
it, back and forth between Windowed and Fullscreen? If so then the
"Windowed" size has just been dragged out to be full screen.

Once clicking the middle button, Outlook disappears down next to the Start
button. When you click it, it seems to maximize but nothing appears on the
screen, Outlook is still down by the Start button. If you right-click and
click Maximize, Outlook maximizes with no problem. It seems the Restore down
button isn't working. It may be due to one of the patches that we pushed
recently.
