Restore Format Menu?

I somehow deleted the Format Menu so now when I launch Word, this is
what appears at the top of the screen:

Word File Edit View Insert Font Tools Table Window Work Help


How can I restore the Format Menu?

I am using Microsoft Word X for Mac Service Release 1

I searched the Mactopia Knowledge Base and also this Google group. I
did find a reference to restoring the Format Menu, but the link is to a
non-existent document

Try this link instead if you need any 'refreshing',

but you may need to click the reload button of your browser if using Safari.

In Tools>Customize>Toolbars & Menus, either:

a) go to the Toolbars page, select the Menu Bar by clicking on its name,
then click the Reset button, or

b) go to the Commands Page, select Built-in Menus from the Categories List,
then Drag Format from the Commands List to its rightful place on the "mock"
Menu Bar.
