Restore of database to different environment

Jim

Recently, we restored our database from Production to our
Development environment. After the development database
was used for training, we found that thenew projects in
development were not being reflected in the OLAP cube and
was pointing to the Production OLAP cube.

I understand that there is a utility to change this and
other pointers when a restore of the database is made to
another environement.

Anybody know where I can find this utility?

Thanks

Jim

After restoring the database to a different server, go to PWA Admin, Manage
Enterprise Features and set the cube name and server appropriately and build
the new cube. Then, open each Analyzer view and point it to the correct
cube.

Thanks

Jim
