restore of in sqlserver 2005 of wss 3.0 in any order

I have taken backup of epm 2007 environment databases from sqlserver 2005
..for e.g .
(ssp,projectserver_published,Projectserver_reporting,projectserver_archived
e.t.c)
i need an answer to know about i have 16 databases which i need to restore
in the case of failure of hardware or crash the server .and after i prepare
new server and install project server 2007.and then i need to make web
applications with the previous names again before start the restore database
or not . and when i start restore then in what order . i can restore any
database first and second ? or what configuration i need to do ?

Hi Sam,

You need to get familiar with the Sharepoint backup restore feature - this
allows you to restore a sharepoint farm to another server. Then you can
restore the 4 project server databases, and create a new instance pointing
at those databases.

All in all it's not a pretty story IMHO.
