Restore Office Settings

I had to format my c-drive. Before, I made office save my
settings in a *.OSP file. This was done from a program in
the Start--> Programs --> Office toolbar.

I have re-installed Office 2000.

Now I want to restore the settings from the OSP file.

How can that be done. I do not have the same utilities in
my toolbar.
