Restore OneNote Backup

I do not see a way to restore the OneNote Backups exactly as they were
previously.

Root Kit wrecked my system. Complete Re-install of Vista Ultimate/Office
2007.

I have 300 Notebooks in my backup file. How do I restore them back to
OneNote?

Also, how is the default File Open Notebooks location changed?
