Restore Outlook db accidentally deleted?

I recently input a lot of information onto the Outlook db - personal folders
etc and they've been accidentally deleted. How do I restore them?

It's actually quite difficult to "accidentally" delete the pst file. Are you
sure you have REALLY deleted it? What makes you think you have "deleted" it?
