Restore Outlook Distribution List

Somehow a distribution list was deleted from my contact list, and includes
approximately 250 people - who are not listed as individuals within the
contact list - only in that one DL. I sent the group an email yesterday
morning, and I use bcc to send the email. I would like to attempt to restore
the group from this email, but have no idea how to do that.

Open a new message window and start typing the name of the DL. When it pops
up, select it with the arrow keys and press Tab. When it underlines, click
the plus sign to its left to expand it. Right-click in the To field and
select Select All. Now open a new DL, click Select Members, and in the
Members field, right-click and select Paste. CLick OK. Name your DL and
click Save and Close.
