Restore Outlook Signatures

Is it possible to restore Outlook Signatures when you use OneCare? I've
backed up and restored but those files don't show up. Will I have to make
those again, or can anyone tell me where to find those files?

I'm using Outlook 2003 with Vista Home Premium
