Restore overwrittne pst file

I accidently overwrote my current pst file on my computer. I thought I was
backing up my pst and instead copied my last back up over my current version.
I'm using Outlook 2007 and am on Windows XP professional. Any help is
greatly appreciated as I lost alot of information. I've learned my lesson
about backing up more often and to change the name of my backup file

Since you have overwritten the pst file, chances are rare to get it restored as original..
but you can try your luck with Kernel for Outlook that restores corrupted or lost PST files.
