Restore point, Registry Cleaner, Open File Extension

CoachMitch

I am trying to open a .BAS file and my system won't recognize the file
extension.

Does anyone know of a good software that opens file extensions or cleans a
registry. How do I set a Restore Point before trying anything?

Thanks,
Mitchell

..Bas is generally a file associated with a Basic programming language, eg MS
Visual Basic
There is no one piece of software that opens all files, generally you need
the specific software that created those files.
Registry cleaners are something you shouldnt contemplate.
See windows Help for 'restore point'

In any case this post has nothing to do with Office, which is the group you
posted to, where'as you should have posted to a group that supports your
operating system
