Restore Project hangs at Getting Queued

I have a Project Server 2007 install and am having a problem with the
Administrative Restore. Whenever I try to restore a Project version the job
shows up in the Queue but is hanging at the first stage of Getting Queued.
Nothing happens after that. This occurrs for all Projects I have tried so
far. This PWA instance was recently reprovisioned on a new SharePoint server
using backups of the PWA databases. Everything elses works fine except for
Administrative Restore restoring Projects.

Are you able to restore a project that was backed-up after the
re-provisioning? If so, that would indicate that the problem was related to
the re-provision process and give you a place to start.

No, I am not able to Restore any Projects, neither entirely new ones created
after the re-provisioning or the older ones that existed before then. Even a
backup of an entirely new Project that was created two days ago and backed up
yesterday will not Restore. The job stays stuck in the Getting Queued state.
It doesn't appear to be related to re-provisioning, but I know that the
Restore did work some time before re-provisioning was done, but not sure how
long before. Any guidance in troubleshooting Administrative Restore might
help though. thanks

I don't think this is one for the newsgroups unless anyone else has some
thoughts. I think this might be worth opening a case with Microsoft.
