Restore Project Server Documents Stored on SPS

Hi Friends,

I'll be very much thankful if any one can help me out for the following.

We have migrated our Project Server & SPS to a new higher end server. Due to
some errors we had to restore our SPS using the 3 Databases. We also took the
back of the ProjectServer database. We were able to migrate everything
successfully ie now i am able to view all my SPS contents and also i am able
to view all my projects related information (ie tasks info) on my newly
migrated Project Server. Please note that I have all the 3 servers (SPS,
Project, SQL) on a single server.

The only problem we are facing is, we are not able to access our risks &
documents created for each project. It just throws an error stating no
documents exists.

After installing the project server from the existing backup of project
server, we have mentioned the proper settings for the SPS sites to be used.
We see that the default site of SPS properly mentioned in the project server
to use for storing the project server documents.

I suppose that since we have restored both the databases (ie SPS & project
server) there should be a proper WSS site mapping for each project created in
project server. But when we try to access the documents it just blows off. We
have also digged into the SPS database to find the exact path for the WSS
sites being used by each project. But when we tried to browse this path the
SPS says no site exists. Actually speaking since we have restored the SPS
from the database all the project server created sites might have also been
restored, then why are we not able to browse those site. One of our user
mentioned that ealier( before migration) he was able to browse thru his
Project Documents directly using the SPS url.

Please note that after installing the Project server we were not able to run
the WSS Wizard since we are facing problems such as, after proceeding with
wizard at one point of time we see a list box containing 2 options:
(unavailable) Site & (unavailable) Templates. If try to select the
"(unavailable) Site" option then it return an alert message stating this site
already exits & please go to SPS Admin and delete this site.

We are not sure as to which site needs to be deleted and also not sure if
the WSS Wizard needs to be run or not. Also note that we have come to know
from all our users that only 2 users are maintaining there documents thru
project server, so its ok even if we can sacrifise these documents & Risks
and be able to configure new site to each already created projects.

Please not that we have a Demo Server on which we were able to restore
everything except the link of the Project server documents stored on SPS, so
I have a chance to just play arround with different options.

Can any one please help me out in this regard?
