Hello,
I just recovered some data on a failed harddisk for a
client. In the recovered data was an Access database
that had been secured using the security wizard. While
the client can see all of the files and records, she gets
a read only error when trying to input records into the
database. This is a stand-alone XP machine running
Office XP without any office XP service packs. Is this a
common and easily fixed issue, or is there something
special I'm going to need to do to allow her to input
records? Thanks in advance for your assistance.
