restoreing/recreation of a database for another owner

Hello,

is there a way, to recreate a full BCM-database on another computer for
another owner? i used BCM on a Laptop. now i want to use it on the
workstation and have a local copy on my laptop. But i am not able to open the
DB from the workstation. it always tells me that i am not the owner. what can
i do? i need the full history, contacts, etc...
