Restoring a deleted Outlook contact from a restored Mozy file

An important contact in my Outlook file is missing. I back up on MOZY and
have restored the outlook mailbox tmp file. I don't know how to access data
in this restored file so I can cut and paste the missing contact. Also, I
don't want to download the file and have a boatload of duplicates. Does
anyone have advice/recommendations? Thanks

Outlook contacts are NOT kept in the mailbox "tmp" file - whatever that is.
What is "MOZY"?

was the mailbox restored as a pst file? if so, open it using Outlook's file,
open, date file menu and browse for the deleted item.
