Restoring accounts using Enterprise Services

I am using the enterprise services and have tried to restore two accounts
and Groove 2007 is not recognising the file. This is not looking good at the
moment. I am having to delete the account, create a new account and then
re-invite the person to the different workspaces. this then creates the
issue of multiple accounts and another entry into the contact list which is
becoming quite extensive.

I have been using the contact manager but that is only for me does this mean
everyone has to clearout the contact list for themselves.??
