Restoring Archive.pst

G

George Relles

Regarding the deleted calander data older than 6 months,
I found the Outlook data files. I clicked on Archive
folders and found files under archive.pst, backup.pst,
extend.dat, extend.dat.old, and Outlook.pst. If I try to
open any of these files, I get the message:

"You are attempting to open a file of type 'Office Data
File'(.pst)
Thees files are used by the operating system and by
variould programs. Editing or modifying them could damage
your system. If you still want to open the file, click
Open With, otherwise, click Cancel."

What should I do, and how do I get archived data back
into my Outlook Calander?
