Restoring Auto correct from flash drive

I had a Windows 98 computer that I backed up my Auto Correct to a flash drive
and now I would like to restore it. I was supposed to find the file
Macros9.dot file, but it does not exist. I am updated now to windows XP and
wondering if it different now?
