Restoring Deleted Items from the Deleted Folder

Hi,

I've looked in the help and it says that this is possible I just need to go
to the Windows Registry Editor and i can't find it.... wehre do I find it,
are there any other ways to restore deleted emails?

Your information is incomplete. Where did you read this? To what type of
Outlook installation did this apply? What version are you using? Are you
using an Exchange server?

unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

Just go to the Deleted Items folder and drag the items you want to
restore to the appropriate folder.

You must be using Exchange as your rmail server and your Exchange admin must
have enabled the feature.
