Restoring Inbox to Outlook (Messages)

I cannot restore import my messages back into OUtlook after doing a restore
of my computer at MS's direction. I followed their instructions on how to
copy my messages for import later, but I get a cyclic redundancy error. Help
I need the messages for my work at home which contain work in process,
files, etc.

I had to repost becuase I got an error message that my post did not go
through. So I reposted. I am too busy to be retyping messages if they've
