Restoring 'linked to' field in BCM Business History

I have accidentally deleted the 'Linked To' field in the Business History
view in BCM. When I go to the Field Chooser, I can only see Outlook-related
options, not any of the BCM functionality. I've reinstalled the BCM software
from scratch - but that hasn't restored the default setting - can anyone help?

Display the business history view and then click on the view menu. Go to
arrange by and then select current view. There should be an option to view by
link.

Thanks that's a good interim solution. What I'd like to do is to view in
Chronological order, but restore the column 'Linked to' as otherwise I have
no idea who the action refers to. Does that make sense?

Play around and modify or create your own views to arrive at the data you
want and how you want it. It does take some trial and error.

The reason I posted here was because I have 'played around' - and for the
reason of avoiding trial and error and going straight to the solution...

Thanks anyway. If anyone else knows the answer, please post!!!

Use the Chronological view and add the linked to field to the view so that it
displays.

I appreciate your help - but if you read my original questions - the problem
I have is that 'Linked To' field is not coming up in the Field Chooser
options. It only prompts for Outlook fields, not BCM.

If I understand you rightly, go to Field Chooser, open the top dropdown that
usually says Frequently Used Fields, go to the bottom of that list, click on
Forms, click open the plus sign under Personal Forms, even if it says No
Category Name. You are looking for the BCM forms, BTW.

Drill down and Add Business Phone Log forms, and I think that's where your
'LinkedToOriginal' field is located.

After you ADD and close that GUI, you can select that form in the Field
Chooser, and then drag the field to your view.
