Restoring O/L Contacts from back-up...

Can someone tell me the steps in restoring my Outlook Contacts folders from
back-up files after a system restore and reinstallation of Outlook?

you'll need to explain first:

version of outlook before and after reinstallation
exactly how you backed up the files
what else you have done so far to install the outlook files

Copy the .pst file to your preferred location. Open it in Outlook using
file->open->outlook data file. This restores all of your data, not just
Outlook.
