Restoring Outlook 2003 to before repair

I was having a problem with the McAfee Spam add-in in Outlook. A dialog box
popped up and said I had to go to Help, Detect/Repair. I did so, but didn't
select the Restore check box. Now everything is gone. Is there anyway to
restore my Outlook to the way it was before I did the detect/repair?

A Detect and Repair doesn't reset any settings unless you tick the box to do
so. Once you've reconfigured Outlook you can open your previous pst-file by
File-> Open-> Outlook Data File...
