Restoring Outlook Express E-mail addresses

I have a PC running XP. I use Outlook Express for my e-
mail and Outlook for addresses and telephone numbers. I
recently changed Outlook Epress to show Outlook contacts
as the default for the e-mail. This is not right me and I
need to get it back the way it was.
Can anyone help?
