Restoring Project & Wss to another server HELP!

I have an instance of Project 2003 & wss running on one server.

I have built a second server as a testing server which is to be a replica of
the existing server. I have installed the necessary sql, project, wss etc.

I have restored the existing projectserver database over the testing server
database.

Now to the wss...
In order to move the content and config from one server to the test box, i
restored these db's over the ones on the test server. I can manage the
config database however when i try to connect the content database i get the
following message


"The database schema is too old to perform this operation in this SharePoint
cluster. Please upgrade the database and try again. "

Where do i go from here??

After I applied sp1 to the WSS installation this error message was gone.
