Restoring settings from old computer onto new computer

I just bought and set up my new computer. All the files
from the old computer are saved (by the retail store)
onto the new computer - so I have all my previous files.
I installed and set up my Office 2000 and I use Outlook
strictly for the calendar features. Is it possible to
restore all the events and appointments that I had on the
old computer into the newly installed program on the new
computer? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

on How and Where Outlook stores its information.
Usually this information for the Calendar is stored
in a PST file:
